With one line of code that we send you. It works on WordPress, WooCommerce, Wix, Shopify and any other site. If you prefer, we install it for you.
It reads the pages of your website and any other text you give us (for example a price list or opening hours). It answers only from that. If it does not know something, it says so and suggests the visitor leaves their details.
Like any AI, yes. That is why it answers only from your own content, gives no links to other sites and states clearly in the window that it is an AI assistant. We review the questions with you each month and improve what is needed.
We do not store visitors' IP addresses, only an anonymous fingerprint to prevent abuse. Conversations are deleted after 90 days and are not used to train AI models. Contact details are sent only with the visitor's consent.
No. You pay monthly and can stop whenever you like.
The assistant does not stop abruptly. We will let you know and, if it happens often, suggest the next package.
It can make mistakes. Do not enter passwords or sensitive data. Conversations are logged for security and service improvement.
