Migration to Microsoft 365, planned and without data loss
We move email, calendars, contacts and files to Microsoft 365 to a plan, so your team keeps working as normal.
Moving to a new email and collaboration system is one of the most sensitive changes in a business's IT. Without a plan it brings lost messages, downtime and unsettled users.
We start by recording the current environment, migrate in stages and configure security from the start. As a Microsoft CSP provider we also handle the licences, so you have a single partner.
- Inventory of the current environment and a migration plan
- Migration of mailboxes, calendars and contacts
- Migration of files to OneDrive and SharePoint
- Security configuration from day one (MFA, access policies)
- User briefing and support after the move
How the migration works
Inventory
We record accounts, mailboxes, data, domain and applications that depend on email.
Preparation
We set up the tenant, licences and security, and the data starts copying in the background.
Cutover
On the agreed day we switch email to Microsoft 365 and set up the users' devices.
Support afterwards
We stay available for questions and issues in the first days and check that everything works.
What we migrate from
Email hosting and IMAP
From your domain provider or other email services.
On-premises Exchange
From an internal server to the cloud.
Other cloud platforms
From another email and collaboration service, with a check of what is migrated.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose email or files?
We plan the migration so that no data is lost. We copy data before the day of the switch and check the result afterwards.
Will my work stop?
Our aim is minimal disruption. The copy happens in the background and the switch at a time we agree with you.
Do I need to buy the licences from you?
Not necessarily, but we can provide them through Microsoft CSP so you have one partner for everything.
Can you help after the migration?
Yes. You can continue with the Microsoft 365 Managed service for administration and security of the tenant.
