Returns Policy

1. What this covers
This policy applies to software licences and subscriptions (for example Microsoft 365 and software from other vendors) that you order from ITHACA Information Technology Applications E.E. through ithaca-tech.gr. Products are delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment.
2. Cancellation and refund within 14 days
You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of its confirmation and receive a full refund, provided the licence or subscription has not yet been activated or assigned to a user. You do not need to give a reason and there is no cancellation fee.
If you are a consumer, the right of withdrawal under Article 3e of Greek Law 2251/1994 applies in any case. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal ends once supply begins with your prior express consent (Article 3l). That is why we activate the licence only after you ask us to in writing.
3. After activation
After activation, each vendor's cancellation rules apply. For example, some Microsoft subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase or renewal, with a prorated refund. Where the vendor allows cancellation, we refund the corresponding amount to you.
4. How to request a cancellation
- Email info@ithaca-tech.gr with your order or invoice number and the product you want to cancel.
- You do not need to post anything; licences are electronic.
- We will confirm the cancellation in writing.
5. Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of confirming the cancellation, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. There is no restocking or other fee.
6. A licence that does not work
If a licence does not activate or does not work as described, contact us. We will replace it or, if that is not possible, refund you.
7. Exchanges
We do not exchange products. You can cancel as described above and order the product you want. Upgrading to a higher plan of the same subscription is possible whenever you ask.
