No. We take no commission on your bookings. You pay only the setup and the monthly subscription. The card payment provider charges its own small transaction fee, as with any card terminal.
Yes, if you want. The website calendar syncs with their calendars, so a booking from anywhere closes the dates everywhere. Over time more guests book directly with you.
On the website, no: each night is booked once, even if two guests press "Book" at the same moment. Sync with the platforms runs every few minutes and again at the moment of booking.
By card, with Viva Wallet (in Direct Plus) or by bank transfer. You set the deposit, when the balance is due and the cancellation policy. Card refunds are automatic.

Hosting, security certificate, attack protection, backups of the booking database, updates and support. You need no separate hosting or WordPress.
No. The subscription is monthly and you can stop whenever you like. The domain is yours.
