How to get the headers
- Outlook (desktop): open the message → File → Properties → "Internet headers" box.
- Outlook on the web: open the message → three dots → View → View message details.
- Gmail: open the message → three dots → "Show original" → Copy to clipboard.
- Apple Mail: View → Message → All Headers.
